Dugas Kids Day Another Huge Success

Dubai, UAE, February 28th, 2007: Almost 1,000 children from schools across the region enjoyed a fun-filled Dugas Kids Day at the Dubai Tennis Championships.

In what was the second of the two Dugas-sponsored tennis clinics, the morning tennis session of skills and drills was another huge hit which also included special guests Jarkko Nieminen of Finland and Radek Stepanek of Czechoslovakia.

Bilal Bassam, 10, said: “It was very good, I enjoyed it very much. I really liked it when the other kids got to play doubles with the professional players.”

“I play tennis often and I’d love to be a professional tennis player one day.”
